How it works:
- Sign a PM Agreement with Goldberg Group PM. Cost: $1500 upfront plus legal/eviction fees as needed.
- Acquisition inspection with digital photos
- Work with tenant to collect rent or file eviction if needed (legal fees extra)
- Collect unpaid rent after eviction, report to credit/debt agencies
- Coordinate clean-up and repairs
- Market the property, get a new qualified tenant (leasing fees extra)
