How it works:

  • Sign a PM Agreement with Goldberg Group PM. Cost: $1500 upfront plus legal/eviction fees as needed.
  • Acquisition inspection with digital photos
  • GGPM will work with the tenant to enforce proper rent collection or file for Failure to Pay Rent and Eviction proceedings if needed (legal fees extra)
  • Coordinate clean-up and turn over work
  • Market the property, get a new qualified tenant, and restart the process professionally.
